Jed is still off hunting the great white whale. This week the equally elusive members of George Glass take on Video Free Silver Lake.
George Glass will be playing on September 4 at PEHRSPACE with Off Campus, Death to Anders, and Crash Holiday, and on September 23 at SPACELAND with Brass Bed, and Verb the Adjective Noun.

There's a dumpster outside in the back of Downtown Rehearsals. I was arriving to unload gear after a show, and I parked between the bins and the door. I was dreary and exhausted from the night. It looked like a video camera was sitting on top of the dumpster. The red light was on, there was no-one around. I recognized a scribbled heart. I could smell the fumes from the fingernail polish. The tape contained over 180 hours of darkness. The digital video code was so compressed that I was amazed I found any images at all. It was only finally by attempting to use extremely low frequency magnetic fields (ELF < 120 Hz), that I was able to see slight pulses in the amplitude and frequency time-varied architecture. Here is what I was able to construct from the recovered data.
This is one of my current favorite bands. The song is called THESE HANDS/JANUARY TWENTY SOMETHING...the band is called WHY?
I wanted to have something in here about The Wrecking Crew. Most of the stuff is just the standard trailer for the documentary, but I found this video to be really cool. This is for the Wrecking Crew, wherever their parts find their place. N.B. the Billy Strange overdub at 2:14.
This is one of my old favorites...Grandaddy...this song's called Chartzengrafs
Here's one from a couple years ago from a band we're playing with coming up on September 4 at Pehrspace. They are called Crash Holiday.
This video is my favorite Canadian band. Chad Van Gaalen...Molten Light
