This Wednesday evening descend the rocky stairs of El Cid to watch the video release and world premiere of "The Wager" from Escalator Hill. "The Wager," a roadhouse rambler of a track from last year's acclaimed debut Poplar Avenue, was written and directed by Todd Berger (Scenesters, It's a Disaster) with cinematography by Helena Wei .
The exact location of the screening at El Cid hasn't been confirmed, but with any luck a couple of the fortunate few will watch from on high from the velvet-draped balcony of the Brad Roberts suite.The night starts early with Jeff Grace Comedy, then Escalator Hill leads off the bands followed by Kyle Mcneill and the Irish Goodbye.
Escalator Hill releases its video for "The Wager" and plays live Wednesday May 30 2012 at El Cid, 4212 Sunset Blvd LA 90029. Doors open at 7:00pm, show at 8:00pm, cover is $8.
