- LA Underground has just announced the lineup of "Los Angeles Loves...Live at Mr. T's Bowl" slated to take place THIS WEDNESDAY at Mr. T's Bowl in Highland Park. The night's folk-rockin' roster socks it to you -- featuring Lex Land, Familyblankets, Matt Curreri, Eliza Rickman, and Cricket and the 2:19. The show is 21+, and is completely fuckin' free! If you're too lazy to peel your ass off the couch, the show will be broadcast live via LA Underground's Stickam.
- Local soft-pop quartet Young Hunting is currently recording a full-length LP! The four-piece will be debuting some of the silky-soft new tracks at two, count 'em TWO, upcoming LA shows. On April 24 at The Smell, Young Hunting will share the stage with Winfred E. Eye (Oakland), CB Brand, and Lorno (ex-member of Deers). On April 25, they will blow up The Tee Pee with Sneaky Snake, and The Pharaohs.
