Christmas decimates the music scene this week, but there's still some choice morsels left to savor. Monday residencies continue apace with Light FM bringing College Kids to Silver Lake Lounge, Escalator Hill on the Future Dancing bill at Bootleg Bar and Manhattan Murder Mystery are joined by Judson McKinney at The Satellite.
There are other good recommendations for each night till Saturday when it all goes dead. Appearances by Sister Ruby Band, Hexham Heads, Mama's Joy, and a benefit with Harley Prechtel-Cortez keep the week interesting. Some clubs are closed all week. Hence the meager Low Down...
