1) Little Red Lung's new video for the dark sounding tune "50 Fingers" features masked figures, deck of cards imagery, toy dolls, lots of fake blood, and some slightly grotesque claymation. It is directed by Sarah Sitkin.

3) Seattle's The Young Evils have a new video for "Dead Animals", which includes some stop motion photography, candles, a stegosaurus lamp, a piano t-shirt, guys with black hoods on their heads (the kind for when one is executed), lo-fi video quality, and vague inspiration from Michael Jackson's "Thriller" video. Read a very very short interview about the video here at the Stranger. They'll be playing on July 26 at the Hotel Cafe.
4) Here is some live video of country westernish the Far West performing "Bound to Lose" live at the El Rey on July 21, 2012. They'll be playing at Casey's on July 28th.
5) Supergroup Strange Parade (feature members of the Movies, Radar Brothers, DNTEL, Strictly Ballroom, and Division Day) has a very bare bones video for "Storylines". It's a pretty minimalist track, played over a minimalist long shot of the seashore.
6) Reykjavík's The Lovely Lion are an Icelandic band that until less than a day ago, I had never heard of. They describe their style as "Forest Folk", have only been around since March (thus explaining their non-appearance at Iceland Airwaves 2011), and sound much like Icelandic artists Hjalatín and Of Monsters and Men. Check out their relatively recent performance of "My Lovely Lion" on Icelandic radio.
